After a tough election, it’s a little surprising that anyone would want to be chairman of the Republican National Committee.

In an effort to highlight some of Barack Obama’s more controversial associations, the Republican National Committee has created a Facebook spoof site called BarackBook.com.

Perhaps it’s no surprise then that Carleton “Carly” Fiorina, the former head of the Hewlett-Packard Co., is being mentioned as a possible vice presidential running mate for Sen. John McCain, the presumptive Republican candidate.

Robert Mosbacher’s star is rising. Again.
