WSJ editorial board member goes to Heritage

Stephen Moore, founder of the Club for Growth and a member of the Wall Street Journal editorial board, is returning to the Heritage Foundation, the conservative think tank announced.

A fellow in the 1980s, Moore will be chief economist at Heritage.
