Just days after Sen. Elizabeth Warren called on the nation’s largest banks to reveal their donations to think tanks, the Center for American Progress has released a list of corporate funders.
The move comes as John Podesta, the liberal think tank’s founder and chairman, takes a job as senior adviser with the Obama administration.
The interactive Muckety map above shows CAP funders - both those revealed in the organization’s list of 2013 supporters and foundations that have reported their support in their annual tax returns.
The names released Friday include some of Washington’s largest lobby firms, including Akin Gump, Livingston Group and Glover Park Group.
Major corporate supporters include Wal-Mart, GE, AT&T and Bank of America.
