Hoover fellows frequent recipients of the Bradley Prize

It’s no surprise that the Lynde and Harry Bradley Foundation should have many links to the Hoover Institution.

The Milwaukee-based Bradley Foundation, committed to “the tradition of free representative government and private enterprise,” funds many conservative groups, including the conservative think tank.

Yet it’s interesting how many Hoover fellows are also recipients of the Bradley Prize, an annual award that comes with a $250,000 check.

The Muckety map above shows 11 current and former fellows who have received the prize.

Among them:

  • Clint Bolick - vice president of the Goldwater Institute and former president of the Alliance for School Choice
  • Robert P. George - Princeton University professor and former chairman of the National Organization for Marriage
