Actor Patrick Swayze died of cancer Sunday, at age 57, reports the Los Angeles Times.

    Wow. We all knew it was going to happen, but it’s still shocking and very sad. Alot of VERY famous and extremely talented people have been dying within these past few months. I feel like watching ‘Ghost’…how ironic is that???

    I Loved Patrick so much.. Like Andi said we knew it was going 2 happen, but that don’t make it any easier.. U would think one of my own family members had passed away.. He will be missed dearly in my heart… When I heard this I had 2 watch dirty dancing… It is my favorite & Patrick has always be my favorite actor of all time.. My thoughts & prayers R with his family…They were so lucky 2 have have him in their lives & he was lucky 2 have them with him.. Lisa U R a wonderful woman 4 sticking by him..My husband & I got married in 1975 also..My heart goes out 2 U, I know after so many years they R part of U… Thank U Lisa 4 giving him someone he Loved 2 share his last times with.. I know it was hard on U.. Bless U

    He would be greatly missed. He would always be remembered as the gracious dancer in Dirty Dancing. R.I.P.
