Muck tracker - Minnesota court rules Al Franken the winner

A Minnesota court ruled Monday that comedian Al Franken won the most votes in the 2008 Minnesota Senate race, but the decision is not expected to be final since Republican Norm Coleman already indicated plans to appeal, reports the Associated Press.
