Brooke Astor’s son, Anthony Marshall, along with a lawyer who did estate planning for her, Francis X. Morrissey Jr., go on trial this week on charges that they exploited the late socialite’s mental deterioration to direct millions of dollars to themselves, reports the New York Times.
