Bernard L. Madoff’s lawyer pressed a three-judge panel Thursday to restore Madoff’s bail while he awaits sentencing in a $65 billion Ponzi scheme, while prosecutors argued he is a flight risk, the New YorkTimes reports. The judges reserved decision.
