Sam Zell, the chairman of Tribune Co., hired high-profile defense lawyer Anton Valukas in connection with his interview with the U.S. Attorney’s office about being a “potential witness” in the criminal probe of former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich, reports the Chicago Tribune.
