Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich’s lawyer said he intends to use President-elect Barack Obama’s internal report on staff contacts with the governor’s office to make the case that Blagojevich wasn’t trying to enrich himself by appointing Obama’s Senate successor, reports the Chicago Sun Times.
