An internal review says Barack Obama’s incoming chief of staff Rahm Emanuel spoke with Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich’s office, but neither Emanuel nor anyone close to Obama suspected the governor might be trying to sell Obama’s Senate seat, reports the Associated Press.
