Joe Francis may have been hasty when he referred to Ashley Alexandra Dupre as his “lottery ticket.”

While she may have made a quick profit for his company, Girls Gone Wild, Eliot Spitzer’s alleged former call girl is now suing Francis for over $10 million in damages.
Dupre appeared in Girls Gone Wild footage from 2003, which was rediscovered after her name hit the headlines in the Spitzer scandal.
Featured on the Girls Gone Wild website, the video showed Dupre visibly drunk and taking her shirt off. A teaser on the site’s homepage promoted “Eliot Spitzer’s Hooker Kristen.” The video was made available to consumers for a $29.87 fee for a month’s membership.
Dupre was 17 at the time the video was filmed and therefore, unable to legally sign a contract with Girls Gone Wild.
The suit claims that the company also offered her alcohol before prompting her to disrobe and sign a release form while she was vacationing in Florida.
Dupre is seeking reparations for the illegal exploitation of her name, picture, voice, and likeness used on the internet, People reports.
Francis has yet to comment on the lawsuit. He currently faces criminal charges in Florida for allegedly filming underage girls and was recently released from a Nevada prison after serving time for tax evasion.
