What do you do when your longtime girlfriend tells you she’s “f***ing Matt Damon?” If you’re Jimmy Kimmel, you f*** Ben Affleck!
Jan. 31 was the fifth anniversary of Jimmy Kimmel Live! and Kimmel’s girlfriend, comedian Sarah Silverman, had a special surprise for the occasion.
She presented Kimmel with a video, in which she tells him: “We’ve been together for so long, over five years and I still haven’t told you and it’s just not right, so here it goes: I’m f***ing Matt Damon!”

The music video, which includes a hip-hop dance interlude, shows Silverman dueting with Damon. Damon taunts the late-night host with a reference to Good Will Hunting, “Hey Kimmel, how do you like them apples.”
The video was made in response to the long-running “feud” between Kimmel and Damon. At the end of his shows, Kimmel pretends to bump Damon, explaining to the audience, “My apologies to Matt Damon; we ran out of time.”
Kimmel even pulled the joke on Damon when he was on the show, which sent Damon into a fake rage that was so believable many viewers thought was he was truly furious.
Damon gets his revenge at the end of the I’m F***ing Matt Damon video, when he says: “Stop right there. Jimmy, we’re out of time. Sorry.”
On his post-Oscars show Sunday, Kimmel explained the gag, “It’s a joke, or at least I thought it was a joke, until I found out via music video that my girlfriend, Sarah Silverman, and Matt Damon were intentionally having sex with each other.
“You take something I love from me, you can damn well bet I’ll take something you love from you,” Kimmel said. “Matt, Sarah: This one’s for you.”
Kimmel then played his music video response: “I’m f****ing Ben Affleck.” Kimmel’s video, unlike Silverman’s, includes a long list of celebrities.
Kimmel appears shirtless in the video, with Affleck dressed in a sparkling turquoise spandex top. Brad Pitt takes the role of a Fed Ex guy and delivers a cake which reads, “Congratulations on f***ing Ben Affleck.”
A star-studded chorus later appears, singing, “He’s f***ing Ben Affleck!”
Robin Williams, a co-star in Good Will Hunting, croons, “This is not a man crush; he’s f***ing our friend Ben!”
The video cuts to Josh Groban belting out “He’s f***ing Ben Affleck” dramatically as snow falls on his dimly lit piano.
Don Cheadle, Pete Wentz, Meat Loaf, Cameron Diaz, Dominic Monaghan, Huey Lewis, Christina Applegate, Lance Bass, Macy Grey and Joan Jett round out the cast.
The biggest laughs come from Christopher Mintz-Plasse, better known as Superbad’s McLovin, who sings “Jimmy’s the one who’s f**king Ben Affleck like they’re in prison,” and Harrison Ford, who drives by the couple with a bumper sticker reading “Honk if you’re f***ing Ben Affleck.”
